Its December!

Time is just flying by! Christmas is just a few weeks away. Good thing is I already have pretty much all my shopping done. Just that one gift for my secret cell group gift.

Work is going to have me going crazy. I havent worked at H & R Block since April but i am thankful for this pre-season job because i definetly need the money!

This past week Church meetings have been amazing! God has come in and blessed. There has been a lot of focus on forgiveness and spiritual and emotional healing. God is so good!

Conqueors Conferences is less than a month away and i have fallen off the bandwagon again! So sad. I guess the guy I marry will just have to be a chubby chaser..lol!!!

I'm back home!

I had an amazing time in San Fran, Ca this weekend with my dear JCM friend Sis Elona. We had a blast and did some catching up but all in all i am glad to be home. I am exhausted but nevertheless got to see all the things i really wanted to see. I will write more later. I just had to post this and put in a cool picture from my wonderful adventure.

A boring day

I'm a little bored today. It was my day off which was great but i think i slept way too much. I had to return a book to the library and got charge a dollar because it was 4 days over due. They waived my fee but i probably wont be checking out books for a while. I went to Wal-mart and got the SD card and Rechargable batteries I need for my trip on Friday. I made dinner. It was one of those meals in a box thing. Oh well. Eddie isnt here for the rest of the week and Eric is at the gym. Tomorrow will be my long day. I will be going to school then directly after that going to work. After that I will be going to church and will hopefully get there in time for my 2 piano students. Then its prayer and work till 4pm tomorrow.

I'm going to San Francisco!!!

I will be going to San Francisco. I have been wanting to go to that city for over 6 years. I am dying to get a great picture of the Golden Gate Bridge and do some major souvenir shopping. I cant wait to be near the ocean just to smell that salty scent in the air. Its going to be cold which is great. Usually i hate to be cold but its in the 90's still in Tucson so it will be a good change. I have all the nessessary gear like sweaters and scarfs!

This weekend I went to a wedding at our church. It was very beautiful but not without its controversy. Its been a while since we last had a wedding like that. I am also doing my tax courses for rehire at H & R Block. I barley passed my quiz t oday so i have to step it up a little and study more.

My diet: I really need to try at lost 15-20 lbs. So far my diet is non-existent. I am one of those people that eat when they get stressed or upset. So..i have been eating like a cow lately. So sad. I just love sweets from the dollar store way to much. Gotta stop the addiction!

Church is good. We are trying so hard to do outreach and have our 100 soul revival in the next 6 months. We can do. I just havent seen it start yet. I am sure though it will be one of those things that just happens and God swoops in and starts doing the miraculous. We are having our Top 10 Thanksgiving Dinner in a few weeks. I got to invite my friends from work. Hopefully they will come and get saved!

My First Blog

Well...i am officially a blogger! Yay! I am not quite sure what to say. This afternoon I am a little exhausted but well in Spirit. I am still a little stunned and very excited about my article that will be coming out in Reflections Magazine next year. Its a huge honor. It kind of makes me realize I need to continue pursuing my dream as a writer.
